ERR UMM, Filing with a state's SOS to get a business license is N O T NOT hard.

ANYONE or Company can file Bus Paperwork. Some states cost more than others. Some are downright cheap.

Little Franky learned from his master, Wild Willy McCusker.....the creator of this scam. He bought the really really defunct ORRV and the stock selling scam began.
