People need to think for a moment! Will they actually do a RS anytime soon if they are going to increase AS to 12.5B?

Heck no! Dumbest thinking ever. They can just do a 10,000 to 1 RS and keep AS at 3B without increasing AS to 12.5B

But seems like they will go the extra mile to dilute some shares before doing a RS
