Rather than dealing in overstatements, let's work on some accuracy! Rather than 300,000,000 on the ASK at .0002, there are nearly 400,000,000 on the ASK at .0002. The exact amount is 378,541,100, which is damn site closer the 400 million than 300 million.

Only 300 mil on 2’s, gonna fly on news!!

BTW...if this nearly 400 million is ever sold, there will be another 400 million on the ASK at .0002, then another 400 million, then another 400 million, then another 400 million, until billions of shares are sold at .0002 by those traders who are looking for a quickie double!
