I have not had a chance to call Ken lately. Work is nuts, and PDPR seems to be trudging along around 4 cents with no changing. The MACD maight be turning positive w/in the next couple of days, and we might finally be at bottom.

To that extent, I dont see any urgency to call him. However, last I spoke to him, he seemed to indicate there would be a filing to get us uplisted... thus far nada.

We did get a filing today on EDGAR, although I have not read it:
