Not sure the FDA has any pressure or cares about meeting any schedules or doing anything expeditiously. What’s the consequences? It appears the longer they string things out the bigger pensions and more medical benefits they get for life.
The cartels have intestinal fortitude. The market it self should and would cull out the inferior products, because the one that works will sell. The one that does not will be left on the shelf. Markets work the best with out government intervention. Especially the FDA.
