And in 2020 if SEC does what I hear, changing shortselling rules and eliminating naked shortselling, MANY good decent US companies will again rise , as will their shares, as will reinstatement of dividends to all Shareholders... That is what I see on horizon.

Time to get back to integrity in US equities markets...
