But we are on the doorstep of SCOTUS with Collins and THAT is the end of the road
Hang in there, almost home on at least one case, then we have to hope Judge Atlas does not spit the bit and rules in the way en banc implied
...June 2019 we will see if Mnuchin AND Calabria (he is the one you have to worry about) are really committed to sorting FNF out, they settle before June 2019 or this goes to the next President and administration
(PS SOMEONE is gumming up the works here -- are plaintiffs asking too much in settlement? Is Treasury offering far too little? Is Calabria covertly dragging his heels? Does Mnuchin want max judicial coverage as political cover, hence seeing out all legal options before settling? SOMETHING, and maybe a couple of somethings, is going on here... the Trump administration leaks like a sieve so with the right friends a lot of people will know. Just not us...)
