Unrestricted is probably minimum 2B-2.5B but I'm speculating based on trading data and activity in recent months and don't know true numbers.

Not awful, there's tickers with bigger Os, but it's not great either.

It would be good if they have a ta update on otc markets. Expect some shock if/when they do.

I reiterate that I think it was a bad mistake to not formally go dark/defunct awhile before doing this deal. No new dilution would have happened this week then & ta numbers on Otcmarkets would have been current. And no delinquent tag on otcmarkets, which makes a halt possible. Not saying will, just possible. That has long been my concern here, though I've always liked it as well, thus have had 1s for awhile.

I reiterate I was not impressed with what I saw thurs & fri, a dump fest in my eyes, & I mostly got out now.

But I could be totally wrong, thus held on to some shares from 1.
