Yes Sime Darby pulled out. Eric Rutten was on the BOD and jumped over to Visolis and he is currently looking for a CEO.

Remarkably Visolis B.V even took over Reverdias lease in Geleen Netherlands.

So let's see, Visolis takes over Reverdias Netherlands location and hires "ex" Verdezyne employees...

Let's keep in mind PWC Knew Reverdia would be dissolving HALF A YEAR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Then Visolis takes over BioAmber Inc's St Paul Minnesota location and hires BioAmber Employee Roger to be the head scientist.

Visolis has now come clean and got rid of anything that mentions they bought the canadian fermentation assets.

Let's not forget Paul Peterson becoming the VP of Sales for Visolis and staying with the company for a smooth commercial transition to new ownership hahahah

Investors in Verdezyne which held a fraction of the asset value of BioAmber were compensated handsomely. (GIVEN A FREAKING STAKE IN LCY BIOTECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS)

To assume that BioAmber shareholders will not be in the same boat is a gross misinterpretation of Business, M&A and THE LAW
