Yep...no guessing...we know the merger partner...we know the revenue (2017)...2019 could be $200M...many say the most dangerous words are “it’s different this time”...but here that’s true...it is different based on the aforementioned reasons...the float is locked...the CD is the impediment...when it lifts the pps lifts...try buying 50K shares...pps climbs 10%
