The 78 million shares I mentioned are the difference between the 997 outstanding shares that are identified on the certs and the 1.75 billion authorized shares. Once again..... please document where you got the information that the authorized but not outstanding shares were sold. PBLS management has repeatedly said that they have not been sold! If you cannot prove your point please tell us that it is just your personal opinion based on ............. whatever your motivation.
