Yes However some might be under accumulation from buyers that know what's happening with reorganization..
I am in a stock that was the case.. Years ago however was .0001 No news or hype went to $8.00
I Love the way TVCE is trading have a similar feeling going on with this one..

Go back and look at the 20 year chart. Back in December of 2010, there was a 3 day span of buying and selling of 108 million shares but the high during those 3 days was only .0025, much lower than where shares have been selling this past week. This is the most this stock has ever done!! I do not think for 1 second there are many "bag holders" looking to get out for what ever they can. So not a concern for me :-)
