We really need a little clarification on the "1st deal fell through" and your visit to Clancy.

A date would be nice, are you talking about a deal back in August? November? When did you visit?

I talked to Liz just before Christmas and the deal was still on and we were waiting for news from the new company.

Please give us a timeline.

Yes we are all waiting for news, yes the deal in progress through Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, is the one we have all known about. Is there a new deal since mid to late Dec. ?

I talked to Liz and she expressed some concern about the timing of the existing deal but did not state that a deal fell through or that there was a new deal.

Someone here needs to verify their posts and statements.
