Assess all the damages you want, they won't get paid, they will get appealed and the Treasury will continue to plow ahead unfettered. BY allowing Mnuchin to continue DJT has become no better than his predecessor who started this financial fraud and illegal theft via NWS on the GSE's and taxpayers. Rule of Law is meaningless when being asked to do so against the US Government. Government is playing the long game with unlimited resources to do so, this will be in Courts in perpetuity.
