institutional investors..are not gobbling up the stock in fact no institution would be allowed to buy a stock with the delisted flag to protect the public...come on dude ..if they were you could find it in the filings..no way no how ...all retail and supposedly people in the know !..

btw i checked there a quite a few Hb pieces whose stocks remain slaughtered and are much lower...so i dont think that is a valid argument either..just look at Yangtze river freight or Smile direct in fact i challenge you to show me a stock they hit that is significantly higher then where they hit it at..? I looked and couldnt find any and told people that this is now a battleground stock in the mid 2.s. and to stay away ...i was laughed at and called names..in fact one poster pointed out to me the great percentage gain up from .89 cents the stock still had at that time even though down from the 6.91...who knows you may be right and your 400k worth of shares will be worth 10x someday but it will not be because institutions are buying or that Hb is always wrong..uncheck those boxes. ..

Translation: PRED is a dog of a ticker and investors can hold until the cows come home and things wont ever get better.

Thanks PIW...it is so refreshing to read an intelligent post regarding PRED. I check in from time to time in hopes of reading posts, like YOURS. It truly has been a tough long ride. With that said, I do believe 2020 could be life changing.
