Sk8er: I'm dating myself but to borrow a line from "I Love Lucy", after Lucille Ball did one her wonderfully wacky things, "Lucy, you got some splainin' to do."

FDA has some explaining to do as to why they have completed arrested the development of a safe supplement product to be on the market.

With all this product on the market, has anyone heard of a "outbreak" of CBD related serious adverse events? No, or we would have seen it plastered all over the media.

All FDA has to do is to require some standards, and 90% of the 2700 can't meet them (maybe a higher percentage).

I am confident that FDA will develop a regulatory pathway, interim first, and then final. They need some help from Congress, which is scary, but I am glad that CVSI and no other company, has someone like Duffy under our employ.
