Sounds like JC is a serious alcoholic. Not good for a CEO. Obviously he is very irresponsible and has a complete lack of judgement. Do you really want to invest in someone who has drug and alcohol problems?

Only on the OTCM would a shareholder defend a CEO for being arrested for some kind of alcohol charge - 2 within 6 months.

It is obvious that he has alcohol abuse problem - it isn't a Type A personality - he is a narcissist.
