Again, go read MSSV last 10q. There are about $1 million of converts that have to be converted in the very near term.

Ah, come on...GSCG is funding its OWN RM and could (if they wanted to) fund future acquisitions.

I do agree that a future increase in the O/S is inevitable. Sure, nearly all retail purchases will likely result from issuing new MSSV shares, but I believe those numbers will be restrained in some manner...solely for the purpose of ensuring ample trade volume, sufficient to satisfied any spikes in the pps that may occur due to 'good news', yet curtail the affect any dilution would have on on the pps. Will be done SLOWLY.

Just an opinion of course.
