It wasn't

Lazar gave up the control block months prior and stepped down as the controlling party during the 2nd or so week of September

The Q3 10Q report should have been filed by David Lazar or at the least should have been a collaborative effort between Lazar and Cheng-Che Lee

It seems as if Cheng-Che Lee has been hiding in the shadows and bobbing & weaving so as not to get hit with the direct inquiries we are all seeking answers to

I wonder if he even speaks English

Will our 10Q be in English?
