October is BS. They put place holders there on September 17, so they took over then. That makes it 100 days. All this nonsense about passwords, attorneys etc is flat out garbage. Should’ve had this lined up and ready to go on September 17 especially since they knew before then that they were merging into this shell. Have all your chit lined up and know the process before you buy a shell. They dropped the ball. Plain and simple.
