Where does it state that a China based company is not able to officially disclose their business model?
Or any of the other basic questions that can be answered easily by way of "Twitter", "Facebook", "LINE" or a Press Release that costs $150 to draft and have issued.
In fact, Dazheng Longding will be in zero "violation" if they released this information within the confines of the above, within their own country.
In my opinion, to state that the company is not "able" to "officially" disclose, is inaccurate. If that was the case, then they wouldn't be "able" to issue a simple 10Q report for Q3
So I guess that if they issue any relevant facts within the 10Q then they will be in violation with CFIUS?
Sorry - im not buying it
