Considering it’s only the start of winter and first day of spring is mid March I hope we hear sooner about financing personally.

Actually I hope it was a typo and he really meant “winter holly”. Then they can start immediately in January.
Regardless of how anxious we are, it is close and I can almost visualize Scott getting signatures on contracts to start.
