No, there will be no buyout of this garbage, trading for the lowest price possible on the scam OTC.

Buyout ? Why Not Web To Door and ONCI 365 are well established.

Hopefully Web To Door has proven themselves to Amazon by now. Could there be potential buyout? This would go through the roof!

Amazon has no interest in actually owning the companies in its last mile delivery network! All of the Amazon's North American-based last mile delivery service providers are independent contractors. Amazon has no strategic intention of taking over the last mile component of its logistics function. Amazon is interested in the "future" of last mile, i.e robots, drones, drop-off locations, metro buses, etc., and has shown it has no interest in taking on the costly last mile industry space.

No "sane" company would ever entertain buying SPRV, as long as the Federal class-action lawsuit against On Courier 365 is on-going! The same is true of any potential merger!

GIVEN THE VAST NUMBER OF UNKNOWNS AND THE POTENTIALLY DEBILITATING U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT, NO POTENTIAL BUYER WOULD BE STUPID ENOUGH TO HOOKUP WITH SPRV!!

BTW...be careful of what you wish for! Even if there were to be a suitor interested in acquiring SPRV's delivery business, the "payday" wouldn't be all that great for the Company's current shareholders! Think about it! If the acquiring company were to offer an excessive 100% premium over today's share price, it would be buying SPRV for .0002 per share! Oh goody....a double for any shareholders, who purchased his/her shares at .0001! Anyone who bought shares at .0002 would be blessed with the title of "BAG HOLDER"!
