The SH meeting early for Uncle Kenny to cover his greedy to change the new bylaws to be compliance. He did treated us in the last 5 years and now found out that he is violate the bylaws and cover it up with the SH in Irvine. According to the old bylaws, shareholders need to vote to nominiate BOD's and he didn't get our approval but nominate themselves to collect illegal compensation
