The whole thing sounds ridiculous. If GSCG was legit and making money, why would Benito Novas give away 73% to an obvious share selling scam and take on millions more in debt to "go public" with a share selling scam like MSSV. And with a crook that dumped billions of shares in LAGO, as the CEO... Just doesn't make sense.
