Curious, how has Connecticut fared since 1996 abandoning flat income tax and adopting a progressive state income tax ??

Recently departed a state with a November 2020 ballot referendum to abandon a flat income income tax in favor of a progressive state income tax.

Zero trust in Democrat low IQ voters to make the correct decision, Hence my decision to depart.
