Insiders and officers can not sell shares while this is delinquent and showing a Skull and cross bones. Paper certificate control block of shares can not be converted into electronic shares today. It can not sell toxic shares or enter into any convertible note agreements.

Fink, not sure why you addressed that post to me. We're on the same side my man, and I know the rules about officers selling with the skull & crossbones. I'm looking at SFIO as maybe the best stock of 2020. Maybe your post was for TrendTrade? All good though....
