That’s why I always say- it takes a village. The new director is the one who sent the correspondence that neither him nor the CEO here felt that twitter account was real. He has subsequently retracted thst today on twitter I see. Note - he still makes it clear that he will never become the CEO here (which he still contends strongly)
Bottom line- when I shared the DD- that was factually represented. We are just shareholders / investors and - we are a team. Thankfully the issue was resolved. A day later - a few people re approach both the CEO and new director and - after review - he realized that it was a legit twitter account - presumably started by someone not quite authorized yet or someone who Sands didn’t realize was posting. Whatever.
The bottom line - JB WILL ONLY SERVE AS A DIRECTOR HERE- and the false notion initially being spewed that he would be CEO - was completely false and still is. Black again stated that he is very very busy with Cann American and will only be the CEO of $CNN@. Case closed. He said he will be the director here - and doesn’t even know in what capacity yet.
I have done a bit more DD here to see the players involved and it will all come down to the Reg A- here and whether they can bring in viable entities that are worthy of a substantial pps increase with the currently known fundamentals.
THIS IS ALL GOOD NEWS - I would presume for investors of both $KYNC- ( they get a director with proven results) and EXCELLENT FOR $CNNA- as they just won the MVP at Emerald cup - and the higher that pps goes the better for any companies he is associated with. IMO.
I will be tracking this one and reporting DD on it. Thanks again for coming to me with respect - realizing that I literally got an e-mail the day I posted it - from the director saying he won’t ever be the CEO of here and that according to him and the ceo- the twitter wasn’t real. They retracting the latter part - a day later and to many folks.
