Since we are moving out of pain management maybe selling the two beat system or even licensing it would that benefit elite?

Since there is little interest in ADFs at the moment, and since other companies who are or have developed abuse deterrent formulations are trying to sell them to other companies, how does licensing or selling Elite's tech do anything for Elite?
And Elite holds the patents. so why give it away? Why not wait until there is a need for it (when the FDA wakes up) again OR keep it as a part of the buyout?
