Annnnd you know this how ? Seriously..the reverse split baloney has already been debunked multiple times.

But let’s for arguments sake say you are correct..and a 10:1 reverse split happens along with the aforementioned catalysts mentioned in the video that puts Vystar in the $4.00 pps range enough to put us on the Nasdaq.

What would be wrong with that ?

Well some might say Management might do a more severe reverse split.. say 100:1

To that I say why would they do that ? Why would they intentionally devalue the stock ?
Especially since the insiders own 100’s of millions of shares and Steve Rotman’s only compensation is from the value of the shares he owns since he doesn’t draw a salary ?

The answer is he wouldn’t. Steve Rotman would not devalue the shares he owns. He has every motivation to make every share he owns as valuable as he can possibly make them.

Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Ice-N-Ak.. write up there - accurate,and-also*check-why- some are under water with it -and there is actually more to it than written.

Visually and First we have a good image upon othe chart history it's really picture wirth thousands of words above messages it has an easy to draw trend line consistent with the bumps to flip but steady south till it approaches where it is yet heading still.

Check this one out this stock was in tripps and both merged companies list money for a long while it needed to be in tripps but when the news came and the hype following sure to come soon real soon So.. .
there were many buyers then getting millions of shares plan to hold and sell off core holdings as the value would rise and fall sorry to take it formal a sincere chase but it kept green numbers for some with those under water transfering funds out ... ..and check out this is just one year ago ..

And, So.. because the buyers in tripps are holding mega bost loads and insiders are holding similar amounts from to percent discounts.. and if that is one aspect that is good for some.. The part that new buyers are not fully aware of as the company is looking to sell off one or two divisions to bail from reported loss ..it means the nice .. push for pops

Actually is not a gift for the season..
its to sell as a flip to the new buys .. as said cheers .. weeeeeee
