And time embedded extension within 5% of 3yr high is “a nothing”

This isn’t free and clear; nor inevitable jail....its a clean time extension (no warrants, no share recap, nor a reorganization, nor do we know more of participants- yet...and it’s priced within 5% of a 3yr high....)
