Wrong. So wrong. GRNF is basically a shell company. Big difference. They will be able to show assets, debts and revenue as soon as the shell is filled.

The company has received many questions regarding today's release of the 10-Q for the quarter ended October 31, 2019. To reiterate, the company is currently in a shell status and this was a standard filing required to stay current and in regulatory compliance.

The 10-Q filing included standard language required for any potential deals that have not yet been completed during the relevant timeframe. Unless, and until, the company reaches a definitive agreement in any potential deal, such language is required by law.
