I see what you did there! Nice. To me, this was a given, I was hoping for some really Yuge news when I learned about the trading halt. The box did get a check as needed. And Johnson county will be getting a short paved road with some cops! Air permit is next???

But one big impediment: you have to own the land. I really doubt they will start work on land they don’t own (Maybe wrong, but doubt it.) Unless Mark is going to finance the land purchase, I think we will see the Big F (or a chunk thereof ) before we purchase land. However, permit wise, this accomplishment today is the last hurdle to STARTING preliminary construction.
