Yes, they have control over this. This is a verification of something good and silences those that would say reduction of shares "fake."

This is great ... my only concern timing. Sure some because of lack of proper timing will use this to drop price.

Jason really needs help in market PR's if good news put it out on a Monday at 8:00 am. Bad on Friday after close ... That simple, IMO price will drop because people thinking no one putting positive out Christmas Eve.
