Market cap $1,3 million dollar
If it’s $400 million market cap and without revenue I will say I am maybe investing into something at the highest risk but investing into a shell been taking over by powerful lady who used to be ceo of successful company went from 0.4 to $45 and market cap of $4 billion
And have excellent revenue
And owned ?? of the preferred shares and voting shares
This is the lowest risk ever you will invest in
Regarding Huss and the past of the company it have nothing to do for the future merger and the new business in this play
I don’t want to waste my time on that because it’s not there and soon Huss won’t be even in this one anymore

Advice to you when you buy biotech don’t buy something like $300 to $400 million market cap there is not much room to make
Specially if there is lots room for issuing shares and in the otc
Buy them in big Nasdaq and when they are only 14 to 25 million market cap
There is 100 of them out there with big potential
