Its not that, but the shares are definitely a flag. The paid promotions... the blatant photos insinuating the uplist to NASDAQ to squeeze some shorts lol etc.
Imagine you try out for the Yankees, even though you swung and missed at the batting and botched all the ground balls - However! You brought your buddy with an Iphone and he snapped some pictures of you in Yankee stadium with a uni on smiling! Then he posts it on Twitter saying you made the team!! Would be kinda embarrassing if the Yankees saw those pics wouldnt ya think? You probably wouldnt show your face around there next year for the tryout.
