Notice how the authors of the article (link below) do not differentiate between "old Sears (SHLDQ) and the Sears and Kmart stores purchased by "Transformco". This is one way some get confused between SHLDQ and the parts of Sears purchased by Transform. Articles such as this one just use the word "Sears" without differentiating between the "old" and the "new" Sears.

I would hope that anyone who owns shares of SHLDQ knows the difference by now!
