What makes the attacks "disgusting"? What info does LG Cap have and how do they use it?

According to filings LG Cap & $ONCI been in court over $1500 + $1000. Court found in favor of LG Cap. After Appeals, Stays, and now written affadavits we wait & see what court decides.

I would appreciate an answer, How is it that ONLY you know about these claims you are making? No other investor here seems to know about these attacks on SB or ONCI being sued ect. Can you provide legit sources to back up these claims being made?
