Fact , for I believe if you Google , use proper search engines and look at releases / filings as well, even though it seems many of the filings do not show up you will see very accurate.
One news release stated if I recall audits were as well completed and Company raised $ 3 + million , so the news release looked ok to a general reader without much insight into the market knowing how to read these filings / press releases ,
The Company conveniently did not want to mention their losses in that release .
They wanted to fluff the release as best as possible to the reader .
