S-1 approval for Zion despite SEC inquiry

Any SEC reporting company, whether they are under an open SEC investigation, or not is allowed to register additional stock.

SHs should ask ... how many shares an aggregate value of $100M would have to be issued at today's PPS? This isn't something SHs should be celebrating. As it represents potential massive future stock dilution.
