A couple years ago I was optimistic about a good outcome for UDFI investors and I questioned Bass.

However, at this point the only narrative I can see that explains why we still haven’t seen the numbers at the end of 2019; and why the distributions have been small, is the detail of events as described by Hayman.

Back when the story broke, If Bass’ version of the story was going to be true and correct, you’d expect the stock 5 years later to be trading under 20 cents on the dollar.

Ironically, almost 5 years later the stock is 15 cents on the dollar and UDF continues to not disclose financial info.

It’s in line with what Bass predicted.
