Why are they crazy? people react on news. You're acting like you don't understand how the stock market works when I know you clearly do. the first time the S-1 was promised was back in March when we were promised it would be filed "no later than May"...do the math.
You wanna call these sellers crazy but you know damn well the reason they're selling. I'm not sure what's so complicated to understand.
