Unpopular opinion...this is yet another fluff update. They posted photos of a few evaporative coolers. There is literally nothing else in the photos, no wiring drops, no view of any lighting, no view of any electrical panel/sub-panels, no view of any doors, walls, etc where we can look for details of completion progress. They say the night before Christmas Eve that the electrical company will schedule them to be connected before the holidays...uhhh...today is Christmas Eve. If it wasn't done yesterday, it's not getting done before the holidays. Today is the beginning of the holidays. Yes, technically Christmas is, but most utility companies aren't scheduling hookups on Christmas Eve. Now they might be able to get it done between Christmas and New Years, but that's not what the Tweet said...
Regardless...they know we want to see details and various angles. There's a reason why they're hiding that stuff and only showing us close-ups of things in their updates. We should find out that reason.
I'm not saying this is a bad buy, but these updates are not making it a good buy either. There is a lot of risk investing in this and we should be getting more info before diving right in.
