Yes this is regrettable. Other than Mako's insiders I don't think anyone had reason to suspect his attack was looming on the horizon. Some may disagree but my position remains that Seeking Alpha was complicit in a crime. It bothers me that Eli Hoffmann lives in Jerusalem while exploiting America's First Amendment.
