First, they would also need proof that she knew a deal would materialize. Maybe’s wouldn’t be enough to be considered insider trading/knowledge imo.

I have a feeling no huge deals are materializing by eoy, we will see. They will make moves when it’s right for them. It was an “internal goal of six states” not a guarantee.
