Love to know who that note is tied too that’s for sure. Deception is an understatement....

May 1st. 10k deadline. No 10k

-Report out that the 10k will be filed late. "will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date"

"The company expects to have its year end financials ready to file on
May 16, 2019."

-May 17th. No 10k
The 4Less Group, Inc. (OTC: FLES) announced today that it expects to file its consolidated 10K by end of next week"

-May 24th. No 10k

-June 18th.
"The company expects to have its financials filed shortly"

-July 11th.
"Both the company and the auditors are working diligently to complete the filings as soon as possible".

All makes sense

I never looked that close... but wow... what a deception! That lender should voluntarily veto 50% of his note as a gesture to shareholders!

Class action lawsuit? Tim purposefully changed accountants on the day the 10K was due, to help that note holder make a $1M off of us?

Spot on analysis. During that time Chris rewarded himself with a generous salary, then purchased a new house worth well over 1 million dollars while company bleeding cash. I wonder if he made a deal with note holder. My original average was 1.04. Because of info shared with Chris, and being strung along, I continued to average down heavily while the pos blatantly lied to me. Even went as far as to blame shareholders....... funny, he got real avoidant and defensive when questioned about notes saying he doesn’t know about that kind of stuff and doesn’t handle that

I'm almost 100% sure Tim and the "lender/s" are not strangers.Funny how when I first brought up the default conversion demand clause I was told I didn't know what I was talking about even though I've held notes, converted notes and bought convertible notes to sell.
