Nah...pre-IND just to meet FDA to pump....Uncle Kenny is super good at that and they won’t tell us the truth and he is mislead shareholders all the time. If u think FDA will approve, why no institutional investors or anyone buying at all? There is more dumping and selling than buying. I don’t think institutional investors doesn’t see that. PPS can’t even hold at $.05. What is that telling us here? No faith, isn’t it?
