It has been a dog stock for several years. The company simply cannot execute/close sales and has lost its credibility. A lot of this was Andre Zeitoun. However, since he is gone, there is no longer anyone to hide behind. I see many valid and cogent points on the board. Your questions should be sent to the board for answers. There needs to be accountability and transparency for the shareholders. I would encourage all of you to attend the annual meetings; you will get all of your questions answered, although you might not find the answers very satisfying. However, the management and board should see to whom they are beholden.
