With all due respect Dempsey. I see the email coming directly from KYNC’s official email account. Confirming that the twitter account belongs to them. Second, KYNC filing clearly states that Jason was appointed to the board NOT chairman. Not sure why this is being brought up... Twitter account is real. You can’t get more confirmation than that. Specially when email directly comes from the company’s email account NOT a gmail account. As far a Jason being appointed CEO is two different stories here.

$KYNC email below confirms that new twitter belongs to the company. Second, per filing Jason black was appointed to the board of directors. No one has said he was appointed CEO as of yet. He has role on the board. 2 different things. pic.twitter.com/EXBuTgmHHY
