You are incorrect about GSCG did not make anyone buy shares of LAHO and MSSV. If it wasnt for the GSCG mergering with LAHO and now MSSV. Nobody would have boughton shares of either one of those companies.

Benito is playing with fire and if he gets burned it's his fault for trying to screw over LAHO longs. It took him 2weeks to make a public announcement. If he wants us to play fair then so should GSCG and demand LAHO shareholders receive there shares.

I guarantee one thing Benito and Dave will be dragged into court either by us shareholders or the SEC. They will both blame Trevor even through Dave should have filed the 15G as he made public announcement promoting the GSCG merger.
